First and foremost, THANK YOU for making the, hands down BEST pruners in our Solar System. Seriously! I have had my EZ KUT Ratcheting pruner for 7 years and I've used it for everything from 1 inch diameter tree branches, both dead and alive, to cutting through bone while hunting, and at home easily cutting whole chicken, ribs etc...
I have used this tool almost at least once a week consistently for the past 7 years. The blade is so reliable that, I still have my original replacement blade (somewhere) and have never had to change it. Alas, we've had some storms and 2 trees fell on our property in 1 week. While cutting through some branches, the ratcheting pin finally gave way and sheared off.
I had no idea you offered a 20 year warranty on your products and I actually went to your website to happily order a new pair. When I bought em they were $20 (that's how long I've had em).
I cannot tell you how incredibly happy I am to be a customer. I see you have additional products now, and will definitely be looking into those because your quality and customer service is the best.

The Ratchet pruner has changed everything for me. I use to be way louder in the woods with either a hatchet or saw trying to clip tree limbs on day trips when hunting. Bought the small pruner. The tiny little pin holding it together disappeared after only a couple of uses. Tried to call the number on the card -answering machine but no one ever got back to us. We were told by the salesman at the show if just the pin broke they could just mail the pin to us. Went to the website and they want us to mail the entire tool back to them at our expense plus include $8 for shipping and handling to return it. Not worth it- my hubby can rig something together for probably a few cents. Give the product a 4 but service a 2- hence the overall rating of 3 Update: I am changing my review based on an email from EZ Kut. They are sending me the pin for free and it does state this on the website- hubby did not find that right away. Very quick response fromt them.read more

I bought a pair of the pruners last year at the Midwest Horse Fair. My arena has some low branches so I'll ride with them and trim the ones that are going to hit me in the head from my horse's back. I left these out on a fence post (I didn't have the holster and didn't want to ride with them in my pocket. Got one this year though!) and forgot them one day for about a week, they fell on the ground, got rained on for a week or two before I found them again in the mud. They never rusted and they still cut just as well a year later! This year, my mom bought a pair because she saw how good they were and how much I liked them. They are VERY easy to use. After my drill/driver this is the tool I use the most around my farm.read more

I bought my EZ Kut pruners at the Palmetto Classic in SC last year with a lifetime warranty, just like the one posted on their website. First the rivet broke and then the compression spring broke. When I contacted EZ Kut to see where to send them for repair or replacement the representative that I got would not honor the warranty without a purchase order number! I bought them over the counter at the outdoor shoe just as many of you have. I passed them the money and they passed me a pair of pruners. Their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on and their pruners are a piece of junk! Buyer beware this is a scam!read more

I met Jerry at the NWTF hunting convention down in Nashville, back in February. I asked questions as to why his product would be better than competitors. After soon demonstrating this, I was instantly convinced and sold! I wanted to get some for my friends in their tree business! Not only can women use these without breaking a sweat but they're good for more than hunting purposes! I use mine to do yard work. These are so much easier to use than the big bulky ones you buy at the store AND these are lifetime guarantee! You can't beat that with a stick! (Or branch in this case!) hahaha Such a great investment and well worth my money!read more
