These are the best pruners a hunter or gardener could ask for. I dont hit the woods without mine. Customer service is... absolutely fantastic if there's ever an issue. so I've had 2 or 3 pruners for 7-10 years at least.... I gotta say love love them! and to boot every once in a while I... break or lose the small bolt that holds the racketing system together.
