“Lastly, if your tool cannot be repaired we will send you a... new one, yes that’s right, a new one at no cost to you”
The arm of my looper snapped and they demanded an $80 “processing fee”. Said they can’t send a tool out for free.
Beware, they will not stand behind their guarantee and this came “directly from the owner” according to the email I received.read more

These are the best pruners a hunter or gardener could ask for. I dont hit the woods without mine. Customer service is... absolutely fantastic if there's ever an issue. The ratcheting mechanism makes quick work of cleaning up shooting lanes. Branches under 2 inches beware when you have these little pruners.read more

so I've had 2 or 3 pruners for 7-10 years at least.... I gotta say love love them! and to boot every once in a while I... break or lose the small bolt that holds the racketing system together. I went online sent email and they mailed me 3 small little bolts n nuts, thank you!! what more could u ask for?!?!read more
