The information below explains what is covered by our Guarantee and what is not. If you’re unsure whether your situation is covered, please contact Sanz Group USA—our customer service team will be happy to help.
What is covered?
We provide guidance on proper use and care through our product pages and the videos on this website. Accidents and issues can still happen, and if your tool breaks, cracks, does not operate correctly, or is otherwise behaving poorly while being used as intended, it’s covered. A shipping/handling fee may apply when sending replacement parts.
What is not covered?
Our Guarantee does not cover damage or issues caused by:
• Misuse or use outside intended purpose
• Accidents, drops, impacts, or abuse
• Lack of proper cleaning, lubrication, sharpening, or maintenance
• Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications
• Non-original or incompatible parts/accessories (including batteries/chargers)
• Improper storage or environmental damage (corrosion, water, chemicals, extreme heat/cold)
• Normal wear and consumable parts (blades, seals, o-rings, filters, etc.)
• Natural events beyond our control
• Lost or stolen products

If a product is out of stock or no longer manufactured, you will be offered a replacement alternative at a discounted price.
