Said they can’t send a tool out for free. Beware, they will not stand behind their guarantee and this came “directly from the owner” according to the email I received.read more

These are the best pruners a hunter or gardener could ask for. I dont hit the woods without mine. Customer service is... absolutely fantastic if there's ever an issue. The ratcheting mechanism makes quick work of cleaning up shooting lanes. Branches under 2 inches beware when you have these little pruners.read more
